Group Classes
Our flagship. Constantly varied programs that mix strength, cardio, and skill work in one 50-minute class.

SGPT
Personalized coaching of our SGPT strength based program, delivered in a group of 6 or fewer. All the attention of 1:1, plus training buddies.
- Capped at 6 athletes per session
- 60 minutes, Monday through Saturday
- In-app programming tracks every lift over time & you can take with you anywhere.
- Strength based test week every 7 weeks to ensure progress + growth.

Personal Training
The fastest path to a specific goal. Includes pre and postnatal training. Solo or bring one extra training buddy.

Physical Therapy
