Our most popular package provides unlimited access to all group classes. This package is everything you need to train hard at AO and experience everything our expert program has to offer.

Experience individual coaching in a supportive group with our Small Group Personal Training Memberships. Train 2 or 3 times per week and enjoy the flexibility to choose between various scheduling options and coaches. Already have an Unlimited Class Membership? Add 2 sessions of SGPT each week with a membership add-on!
3 programmed sessions each week with various training times each day.
Session 1: Monday/Tuesday
