  1. DLDL to squat
  1. 5 jacks to 5 mini squat jumps
  1. Alt. step back lunges
  1. 5 high knees to 5 butt kickers each side
  1. side to side squat
  1. side shuffle with pyramid squat
  1. wall sit hold
  1. run forward and back to 5 sumo jacks
