Single leg squat dumbbell hip to hip

Speed skater outside rotation hop

Single leg shoe toss (or ball toss if in gym)

Two hops while rotating to side drop squat

Alternating bear crawl opposite hand and leg extension

Single leg, ALWAYS outside leg, jump forward then to skated opposite side, back shuffle (around the box)
