1 minute each movement, 5 times through for 45 min class, 6x through for 60 min class


Set 1:

Squat thrusters

Jacks of choice

Alternating Reverse lunge to bicep curl


Set 2:  

Plank row to bear crawl row

6 high knees each side  6 split squat jumps

Split kneeling windmill with press

(45 min just switch half way on last round)
