Brittaney likes to learn as much as she likes to feel the burn, and will bring all of that knowledge to you. She takes a full-body approach to health and enjoys working with clients coming back from an injury all the way to maximum performance. She is determined to get you back to optimum shape to continue toward your goals. Dr.B's educational background began at the University of Maine with a degree in Biochemistry which transitioned her into the health field. After completing her Doctorate of Chiropractic, she obtained Masters degrees in both Nutrition and Human Performance as well as Sports Science & Rehabilitation, allowing her to advise a client as a whole no matter their athletic status. Throughout her years of experience which includes working with professional athletes, educating at college level, operating a solo-chiropractic care clinic in downtown Chicago, and opening the multi-disciplinary business here in Austin, she has been able to see the importance of movement combined with recovery in every member, patient, or client. Dr. Brittaney is currently specializing in perinatal coaching and educates on the importance and safety of exercising while pregnant. Wanna talk nerdy to her? She’d love it. Side note—she’s not just all books, she’s super cool too. We’re telling you. The whole package, you guys.

Pat’s clients will tell you that he is one of a kind. He could be considered the world’s most motivating person. Seriously. His experiences range from teaching 2nd graders in Chicago Public Schools to teaching adults how to ride bikes and producing some serious watts (ask him which is harder). His specialty is coaching athletes create more functional movement patterns in order to perform better. His superpower is getting the very best effort out of every athlete. It’s weird—we don’t even know how he does it. He’s passionate about building client confidence, creating programs to support short term and long term goals, and pushing clients to their optimum performance.

Chance is the little brother of Kat and Brittaney… Not really. He’s from Bigfork Montana and grew up running up and down mountains. He’s currently working to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. His plan is to assist those in need of getting out of pain, returning to sport or just day to day life. Chance has spent the last 6 years of his life shadowing, learning, and obtaining clinical hours from diverse opportunities within the realm of Physical Therapy. He takes a holistic approach to training and loves geeking out over movement. Chance has run the majority of his life and has competed at distances between 100m-50 miles. His speciality? 400m & 800m. Because of this, he loves talking about cardiovascular health and speed training. He has been fortunate enough to run with some of the best in the world while running at Boise State and training with pros of all the sports. Looking for a running coach? Coach Kylie had already inquired about being a part of our team before she had ever moved to Austin. This girl knows what she wants! Kylie joins us from Boston, where she oversaw personal training at the Greater Boston YMCA. She is a NASM certified personal trainer and is currently studying to earn her Pn1 Nutrition certification. Her educational background started at Eastern Connecticut State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in sports management while running cross country and track & field. Her and Chance will eventually have an 800m showdown. She continued to Florida International University and received her M.S. in Higher Education, which took her to Northeastern University for a few years before she felt an irresistible urge to pursue training full-time. Kylie has a nose ring. Since she made the jump, Kylie has demonstrated a hunger to learn and be exposed to the best and brightest in fitness. By the end of a training cycle with Kylie, you’ll be healthier and fitter, and she’ll be a stronger coach than she was when you started. She is determined to understand you on a personal level – what motivates you to show up each day – to better support the achievement of your goals. She loves working with women; one of her greatest sources of pride is helping others learn to love themselves and feel more confident in what they are capable of in and out of the gym. She brings a contagious energy and brightness to our team and our members, who can look forward to seeing a lot more of her!
