1. Lateral lunges (3-4 ES) - Rear foot tippy toe (kickstand) SL Squat (3-4 ES)

2. Seated Arnold press - plank up up down down

3. SL Glute bridges (6 ES) - close squats with pulse at the bottom

4. 90 elbow bend lateral raise - downward dog push up
