1. 6-10 ES staggered stance dead lift — 6-10 ES SLDL hamstring curls 6-10 ES
2. 6-12 Tricep push up — 6 side plank rotations ES
3. 6-10 ES diagonal hinge — 6-10 ES Lateral SLDL with arms elevated above the head
4. 6-10 ES one arm always up alternating press— 6-10 plank to downward dog
