1. Dead lift (single or double)  ES or DS into bodyweight SLDL 6 ES

2. Low lunge row 6-10 into towel pull apart * will need a towel

3. SL Squat 6-10 ES into Reverse lunges 6 ES

4. 1/2 kneeling press 6-10 each side into wall push or iso hold overhead press :45
