1.Walk out to plank walk back dead lift to stand (weight in hands at all times) 6-10 due to timing

2.Single leg glute bridge with close press (dumbbells touching)

3.90 degree bent back leg single leg hinge with row  

4.Weights hovering off shoulders, walking lunges
