  1. 3 base pogo to drop split squat or step back lunge
  2. DB clean to press
  3. Plank/bear crawl shoulder taps (incline if needed)
  4. Top loaded narrow to neutral squat
  5. Side plank toe touches to ground
  6. Lateral lunge to upright row
