1. Cardio: Star jacks 40/20 x4 or 70-80% on cardio machines at home

2. 1/2 kneeling press: 60 seconds each: RLRL

3. 3 Skaters run forward then back 40/20 x 4 or 80-90% on cardio machines at home

4. Plank row: 60 seconds each: RLRL

5. Jump rope 40/20 x4 or 90-100% on cardio machines at home

6. Cross body hammer lateral: 60 seconds each: RLRL
