Two legs Kneeling SS shoulder press / kneeing halos hinging butt onto heels in between the halo reps

Lateral lunge to cross over lunge r side / lateral lunge to cross over lunge L side

90 degree isohold bicep curl / hinged row with one arm always back by torso (see saw row)

1st park of TGU: arm up entire time hip raise R / then L
