Program:

20/10 x 5 at each move, x 2 set

1. 3 base pogos, into split drop squat, lateral split squat exchange back to base pogos

2. Forward run to backwards bear crawls 

3. SL drop squat to 3 speed skaters

4. Fast feet (running in place) with up/downs 

5. Short, fast lateral shuffle with cone, shoe or line touch (they MUST touch the ground) 

6. Double leg hour glass shape hop (think like a ‘5’ on dice)
