E:90 x5 5 each side A then B OR 8 reps A then B

1. Split squat - step forward lunge

2. Cross over lunge - lateral lunge

3. Single leg dead lift - single leg squat (tippy toe on ground if wanted)

4. Goblet squat close legs  - goblet squat wide legs
