B 90 degree elbow bend DLDL then stand and do full range curl

A alternating lunge - stopping at the bottom with knee on ground to do a 90 degree bent arm lateral raise

B walk out push up walk back to low squat

A cross over lunge with upright row at the top

B glute bridge hold or march with skull crusher
