Odd minutes are two cardio exercises. Do 10 reps of the two cardio moves AMRAP for a minute.
1st time through:- squat jumps- butt kickers each side
2nd time through:- bear crawl feet jacks- high knees each side
3rd time through:- squat jacks- fast feet transition
Even minutes are one minute of a strength exercise:
Minute 2 squat thrusters
Minute 4 forward backward crab walk
Minute 6 alternating lateral lunge
Minute 8 curl then high pull
Minute 10 dead bug chest press
