Program:

Tabata (power based)

20/10 8x each movement


- Skaters with weight (hip to hip)

- Plank (or push up) to push back

- Weighted drop squats

- Quick pivot weight at belly with arms bent 90degree - torso goes with hips- pivot comes from legs

- Single arm snatch (or double if too light)

- Dumbbell swings (weights to the side) (or hunger jumps if no weights)

- Plank jacks one forearm down

- punch the ceiling single arm with rotation- reload in the center with a baby squat - pivot off back foot
