Personalized programming provided in a group setting. Does it get much better than this? We understand the one-on-one setting as well as the large class settings can be daunting. We want to provide a happy medium for those looking to boost their performance and athleticism. Every movement and weight will be matched to your level and goals. Small group classes offered multiple times throughout the week allow you to choose a convenient time to train as well as be held accountable by your team mates. Programs are re-developed every 6 weeks. Tell us your goals, ask us questions, and get ready to train hard. Small group training currently offered: Tuesday & Fridays at 7am / Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6:15pm. Reserve 24 hours in advance under CLASS & TRAINING SCHEDULE. First come, first serve.
