Join us for AO's super fun, 1st annual, Run for Kerbey Lane Pancakes 10k! Of course, we use the word "run" loosely. Starting at Athletic Outcomes, we will cruise through the Austin southeast neighborhoods full of hills, trees, and of course trails to find ourselves sitting at Kerbey Lane Cafe, eating all kinds of tasty pancakes. This event is not meant for professionals trying to get a first place medal, as it is meant to provide a fun morning od fitness and food. Choose to walk, crawl, sprint, or run the course. We will provide directions and gear support, but will NOT be handing out timing chips or providing SAG stations along the course. So, bring your own water bottles, fuel, and whatever else you need to complete 6.2 miles. It's every man and woman for themself. Most importantly, there will be an open start time between 7:30am-9am. If you want to participate in any part of the event (including eating pancakes), you MUST start at Athletic Outcomes by 9am sharp. Anyone late will not be allowed (sorry...). Athletic Outcomes will not be providing rides after the event (ending at Kerbey Lane S. Lamar), so please be advised that you must carpool, have a car already at Kerbey Lane, or use public transportation. Either way, we definitely don't recommend running back after eating pancakes....Please bring friends, be ready to have fun, and don't take this too seriously! Your race fee includes your pancake meal, race memorabilia (such as a shirt or a koozie), and a super fun morning.
